We went to a place near the Sambuco Lake, Val Lavizzara, Switzerland, for a little walk and a pick-nick with a couple of friends.
There was still some snow covering a part of a little stream and in the space between the snow and the water, the snow was melting, dropping into the water and creating this beautiful picture. I saw it and tried different exposures to get it right.
The drops were falling quite regularly, after a couple of shots I got the timing right! The biggest problem is that the camera shots a fraction of a second after you press the button...
The light is natural.
Thanks for the comment.

Did you realise no one can see inside your view?
I was bored so decided I`d do some browsing for Photography, Waterscapes. Yours came up on about the 3rd page or so. It was amazing and the second I saw it I knew it was going on my faves! Awesome picture!
That's what I call Love at first sight!
I've seen a similar one right today: [link] Check it out, it's quite a good one, I personally like the colours much more than in my one.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
